Colour for me also.
The building are better defined, appear to have more detail and are not getting lost in the mid-ground.
I see the "carpark" now turns out to be grass , the stack smoke/steam still seems a bit harsh though.

Nice capture. I prefer the color version. That tiny bit of orange somehow gives it more of a sense of reality, like this is a real place and not some artificially constructed movie set.

Plus, I think your smoke and sky in the B&W get too dramatic and fictional looking. It looks embellished. For an image like this one, I think a sense of realness and accuracy is important.

I think we've run the gamut on coloration vesrus B&W. The B&W was posted far more for the processing than the image as opposed to the color version. There are at least eight layers of SEP brush work in the B&W and six of the same in the color. SEP can be a lot of fun when you get to know its power.
