Smiles Of A Bride (Critiques Welcomed!)

Hi TPF peeps!

I had the good fortune of taking some wedding shots for a client. I just love wedding photography and have decided to portray a few portraits in black and white. What so you guys think?



For both these shots I took with a Nikon D80 Shutter Speed: 1/40sec Aperture: f/2.8 ISO: 800 Lens: Tamron 17-50mm f/2.8

They seem a bit noisy, and the second is very soft. I like the moment however.

These have a bit too much contrast for my taste. There are not many midtones in them.
