Spotted this Graffiti art on the side of an abandoned building.

Mr. Snowman by Boaketography, on Flickr

I used Silver Efex Pro to convert to B&W after minor adjustments in LR.

C&C please. How's the conversion?

Was the snowman's body white in real life?

C'mon now... it's a picture of a snowman, it was never in real life. lol

life...speaking of which, I need to get one.

BTW, I like the conversion, but I would clone out whatever that thing on the right side is, it detracts from the image.

Yes it was. It was roughly painted in.

OK, so in answer to your request for C&C on the conversion; I think it's good - except it's too dark. The greys & blacks are well covered, but the whites aren't white, at least on my monitor.

I see what you mean. I'll go back and see if I can adjust the whites.

EDIT: But the more I think about it, I'm gonna look at the original because the wall it is painted on is very gray and the white fill was kinda just dusted over IIRC. I'll have to look when I get home

To know how the conversion is, we'd have to see something to compare it to. For instance, one that you converted manually by de-saturating and adjusting contrast. The original might help too.
