Snowy Morning series

I went out yesterday morning at about 5:00 AM to capture the freshly (still falling) snow. I tried using the street lights light bouncing off the snow to create some different lighting effects. I know there is some barrel distortion on a few but believe it or not I kind of like it! (don't flame me too bad for it!)

Anyhow, I kind of like the last one the best and I am considering printing it. What are your thoughts on them? Love them? Hate them? Go back to the drawing board or pitch my camera in the trash?

the most important thing is that you like it!

I personally prefer the last one and maybe #4 but in bw and with those cables cloned out

The B&Ws are definitely better. Too much green in the others. Not a fan of the distortion, especially in #4 it takes away from a nice shot.

Wanted to add that #2 would be a great shot if you can straighten the house.

Let me start by saying, that I totally dig the idea and I see what you were going for. I really like the BW – but that was not what you were going for I guess.

I think you didn't take this far enough – there is too much grey stuff in the picture. For example if you took a center crop from image four with the green light, the orange glow from inside and the blue light on the trees in the background, that would be a much better and more interesting shot.

I like 1, 2 and 4. The distortion works great and seems intentional which doesn't matter.
Get rid of the flash spot on the right in 2. I think 4 is my fave. Or 2. The house tipping in 2 is voo.
