i took this picture out of my window. to me it represents how darkness slowly takes over the light in our lives. I dunno, it means sumthing to me, let me know if it strikes ne thing in you.

It strikes me as blurry with blown highlights. I suppose you could try to touch it up in PS, but I'd try the shot again. The subject is kind of boring as well. In fact, there is really no subject.

Well, there is a bright (blown) light in there, so why does it say to you that DARKNESS gradually takes over in our lives? Which is not true, for it is 9:40 a.m. (just about) where I am and light is coming back, albeit grey and very, very diffused, but ... it is back. So I can't quite verify your point .
