I'd mainly check to see what your setting for saturation is at on your d300. Just try zeroing any tonal adjustments that may be applied IN CAMERA, and see if that helps, unless you're shooting in RAW to begin with, which then I wouldn't know where to start.

Yup,checked there ,Picture Control, Standard setting Saturation was set at +2 .I'll try it out tomorrow, Thanks again

No problem, I'd be interested to see the photos from tomorrow. Just for grins, try hosting them on Welcome to Flickr - Photo Sharing as well, just for the purpose of resolution. Meaning, you don't have to resize for web if you don't want to, so there's not as much quality loss.
