Woman, definitely a round modifier: look at her eyes. Guess, 20 to 22-inch beauty dish. Man: looks like beauty dish face front, sides of the head looks like a softbox on each side. Look for Joel Grimes, and his trademark lighting: that is what the shot of the man reminds me of.
