I agree that the poses look odd for those pics.

Also, like others mentioned the lighting killed the pics for me. Maybe try a different background?

background wasn't my choice, that is what was requested. I warned on how the clothing would blend into the background if they went with black. They paid for the material so that's what I got.

The cloth background is too wrinkled and draws my eye away. With regard to some of the awkward poses, I actually think they could work but it wasn't the posing, it was the location of the photographer.
