Some of the shots from a recent shoot for you C&C
It was an early morning shoot planned between 6am-8am to utilize best light in morning but as I started the sun appeared to be pretty much harsh hence some portion in almost every picture posted here is overexposed.

Exif:
Nikon D700
Nikkor 80-200 f2.8 ED
Nikon SB600 Bare

I don't like the fact that you have chopped off her arms on all the pictures. The model looks pretty but her facial expression is a little boring and doesn't really change much. I like the light and the colors on the second pic.

I have some full body shots that I will share shortly.I agree with you about the expression on the face of the subject.

Hmmm... these don't scream fashion to me. The purpose of a fashion editorial is to display fashion. Her clothes are nice for everyday wear, but even so you can't see them in these shots. Not all shots have to be full body, but those are important :)

The model's face is lovely in one and four. I like the "pretty scowl" in the first.

Maybe a little processing will bring out the fashion look? (I did this on Sumo image editor online at work, so bare with it, but you get the idea!)

I like that edit. A bit grainy but the feel of the tones is nice.

I likd the fourth despite slight overexposing....In fashion shoots, many things are delibrate.....and at photographrs' will...not in forum but with mag editor.
