I spent a few days on the Isle of Arran with friends. Our original ferry along with the next two were cancelled due to Storm Gareth, but we got away on the 6pm sailing. We had a few walks on the island plus a visit to the distillery where we tasted 7 of their malts.
Part of the walk on the first day was challenging due to the amount of mud between Lamlash Bay and Brodick. There was plenty of rain but also quite a few gaps in the weather.
