Can others edit my Photos
Photos NOT OK to edit
I have been going heavy into photography for about 6 months now. I have used photoshop for about 4 years. I tended to over-edit my photos a little to much.

Been trying to curb that lately, and get a better balance between editing and the photos I take.

I am looking for some honest critique. To much editing, not enough, better photos, who cares..... etc

I really like the one of the guy smoking but I wish it has a bit more rule of thirds too it. Likes all of the composites actually.

In the first group, i think 5 is super! The color, composition and background bokeh.

You are awesome with the editing stuff. You say you are trying to balance the editing and picture taking but what is the end result that you want? Do you want enhanced but more realistic pictures? I think these are awesome and they have an appeal and creativeness but I am not sure what you want the end result to be. If you want more realistic pictures, simplify the picture. Think back to what caught your attention when you took the picture and focus on bringing that one thing out.

pay attention to the horizons

What exactly do you mean?

I have never taken a photography class, I do a lot of reading and knowledge through articles and experience, so I am not totally familiar with terminology.
