Sorry, I am unsure of what you are asking?

It looks like you combined 2 layers in photoshop: the background and the skateboarder. It shows up where lights from the background overlap the fellow. The cool blue colour temperature/hue of the guy reinforces that impression. Did you do this or something similar?

Yes I did.
Infact the skateboard and my son are only at 80% opacity.

Why? not sure lol, was just playin.
