Nice shots, Ian. The colors in the first one are very nice.

The half-missing tree at the top of the second one bothers me a little bit for some reason. Also on that one (which I like very much), I'm not sure the distortion is a plus. You might try it corrected and not and see which you prefer.

Thanks! I'll work on the second a bit ... maybe cropping out the BG more. Hard to fix the distortion from a 10mm lens ...

(1) I don't know anything. (2) I don't care for the second crop. If it were mine, and if your shot didn't encompass the whole tree, I'd consider ropping it just above the buildings in the top right.
