They're all kind of cool, but they all seem just a bit too contrived too...

I like the first.
Your head is aligned with the camera ... your expression is one of slight bewilderment of the subject ... your arms reacting to something beyond our viewpoint.

I think #1 works best for several reasons, the biggest being that you and the camera seem to be 'partners' in this one. You're more side-by-side (in all the others you're more of an afterthought hiding behind the camera), and you've got a symmetrical geometry going (you're parallel to the camera, about the same vertical position, etc.). Also: 1) this shot has the best 'bemused' expression; 2) the patterned shirt adds to the overall impression (drops #3 from contention); 3) your right hand (shutter-release hand) seems to be more 'connected' to the camera, making it a more 'intimate' image.
