Some short-eared owls from this afternoon

[squirl033]

Went looking for owls this afternoon... almost no activity the first hour and a half or so I was there. Then about 3:00 the owls started flying a bit, and I was able to get some shots...

Excellent, love the 1st one, and the brown tones.

Very nice - I really like the colours - hard to choose a favourite.

Beautiful set. The first one is the winner, IMO. Nice eye contact and gorgeous colors and DOF.
