My new toy!

1/18 scale Porsche 917K LeMans race car made by AutoArt.

We have a light box setting in the office for catalog photos so I just messed a bit with it after work. Problem is the light panels are too far away from the object, and the panels were dirty, so there was quite a bit of photoshop work to do.

Camera I used was company's Canon G2. I think it's good enough for shots like these.

The battery ran out... so I think I will take a few more pics tomorrow.

Fine work! the second and third frames seem the strongest to me. Mostly because of the perspective. The light box will afford you the ability to stop down the aperture. Personally for detail work like this I would go f11 or 16.

Hey nice shots. I wish I had a lightbox so that I could do more studio work. Still photography can be pretty tricky without enough lighting and full control of your lighting. Anyway, your 3rd pictures stands out for me the most. Nice work.
