someone broke into my dads house last night...

So last night my dad called me. Told me his house was broken into while he was at work.

They left with this list of his items.

Nikon D700 gripped
Nikon D70
Nikon D100
Nikon 14-24 f2.8
Nikon 70-200 f2.8 VRII
Nikon 50mm f1.2
3 Nikon SB900's
2 CF Extreme 16gb cards
3 8gb Extreme cards
Nikon 16-35 vr f4
Nikon 105 Micro
2 Nikon F film cameras
a lot of old MF film lenses from the 50's-60's
Xbox 360
27" iMac i5
13" Macbook pro (uni body)
A Purple Questar telescope from the 70's
a couple of Handguns and rifles

yet for some reason they left the xmas presents and his ipod touch and bose sound dock. I guess they had some morals about the giving on xmas

The sheriff told him he needs the serial numbers for checking out pawn shops etc which he did not do. So If for some reason any of you guys see someone selling a bunch of this stuff (which will be unlikely) please message me with any details.

So in the inland empire if someone has this stuff...all I have to say is that I believe in karma and you'll get yours one day.

Sorry that happened. I hope your dad gets atleast some of his stuff back. I guess this is a learning experience to always record serial numbers.... which actually reminds me i should probably do the same.
