Something new.

to me that is. This summer, I have been stepping out of my comfort zone and shooting some different things and trying new ideas trying to add to my skills.

To that extent, I was invited along to help with some bts shots for a friend as he did a fashion type shoot for a local designer. I was able to shoot some images for me as well during this time.

The only thing I may have also tried is to turn her more towards the light to try and soften her abs and ribs.

Also think this is good. I like the composition and how the arm extended pulls you into the image. As mentioned above the muscular definition might be in contrast with what the image is portraying. I also find the tonal variations in B&W to close, leaving me to wonder how the color version looks.

Thanks. There was no posing this one. She had her ideas and was going with it. As I said, I was just a bts and got what I could out of it for me.

Thanks Smoke. I did not care for the color version of this. I wouldn't normally do a grunge look for a fashion but I thought what the heck....
