Sony a300 Accessories

I have an A300 with the 18-70mm and 75-300mm, both are kit lenses. Any recommendations for an inexpensive but good flash and another lens. I would like a lens suitable for lower light situations such as indoor sports. The price range for the lens is 250 area or less and the flash i would like to spend around 100 or less.

for low light the lens to get for your price range, probably a minolta 50mm f/1.7 is your best bet.

and with the flash your not going to get much, or anything, for around $100, if i were you i would save up to get the hvl-f42am which you can find for about $200 online if you do some digging
