anyone here a sony 50mm f/1.4 prime lens. noobie here, so pls bare w/ me. been, reading reviews about this lens and almost all are good. but i need some advice or suggestion if this lens is worth buying.

Iam just looking for a lens for low light ( indoor portrait, general purpose)

From what I have read, in many reviews the Minolta 50mm f. 1.7 Maxxum lens is better than the Sony 50mm 1.4 and of course you can use it on the A350.
