Sony E 18-55mm vs Sony E 16-50mm Kit Lens

Has anyone compared the E18-55mm lens for image quality against the Sony E16-50mm kit lens? Would it be worth changing to the 18-55mm?

I have heard equal comments about the two ... but most go with the 1650 because of its physical size. That's why I got one, makes my NEX very pocketable.
