Speedotron Strobes Advice

Okay I come across this deal that offers one 812 pack and 4 103 flash heads. All used. There's no modeling lamp and power cord. And the guy said the flash tubes are used so they're not guaranteed.

But all of it for around 600 bucks?

So should I hit it or not? :thumbdown::thumbup:
