Spyder4 Express or Pro?

This may be a dumb question, but... I use a laptop hooked up to a monitor for Lightroom. Do I have to get the Spyder4 Pro in order to calibrate that monitor or will the Express work? I assume that's considered a dual monitor setup even though I'm only calibrating the monitor plugged into the laptop, but I really don't want to pay an extra $100 for the Pro if I don't have to!
