thanks for your feedback im glad you like it

no other feedback on this??

Is just me or is it not entirely in focus? I also might have placed the eyes a little higher in the frame. Now they are pretty much in the middle and it feels to me a little tight below her chin.

The picture is beautiful. But something bothers me about the hair by her chin. It is distracting.

It's a pretty snapshot. I like the lighting. Two things for me don't work: 1 - the reflection of smth on her neck and 2 - the background (I wish it was all dark vs. light and dark, i hope that makes sense). Just my 2 cents. ;)

Something looks off.. Looks photoshopped poorly, they may not have been what happened but that is the how I see it. The hair looks photoshopped around the outside, and the light and hair in the face draw attention to it also, it doesn't look natural for some reason not sure what happened. I think the lighting and everything looks great, it's just that it screams image altered to me.

thanks for your feedback guys

actually shooter - the only photoshopping that occoured here was sharpening - a little background darkening and a bit of dirt cleaned off her face lol

the refelction on her neck is just a wisp of her hair - i guess i could have removed it but it is typical of her

tingelm - the left hand side of the photo is a little OOF just simply due to the DOF and how close she was too me - i wish i had of stopped down a little further but there wasnt much time to think about it

actually there is something i am not too happy with and that is her right eye (left of photo) not sure what it is exactly but it keeps catching my eye

thanks Mark but the crop was unavoidable - she was just too close

+1
Also if you are gonna edit the dirt off her face maybe you should smooth out the skin as well... She still looks like she has dirt on her... I would have edited out that wisp of hair... I LOVE the lighting... But I am kind of partial to natural lighting vs studio.

Great stuff! Her expression really connects with the viewer. I think the technical issues that others have mentioned, while true, become minor when you capture such a great expression.

thanks guys

sometimes when editing an image i think i need to walk away for an hour or so then come back to it, because there is always something extra you can do to an image (like smoothing skin, removing hair etc)

overall though i was very please with this result

The boogs in her nose bother me. The composition doesn't really work for me. Not crazy about her hair. It looks a bit too messy...

Nice lighting!
