Here's a shot I did a couple of months ago at Stanley Park. I decided to try HDR with it.

It may not be true HDR in a sense, considering it's the same picture with different EV through LR2.

Not too fond of the haloes around the buildings, makes the tonemapping way too obvious. But the lower half of the pic on its own, i.e. just boats, boat huts, and skyscrapers (cut into halves or even only quarters) looks good to me. It is very blue, the image must have had a good amount of blue in itself, which kind of adds up ... an aspect that needs to be observed in tonemapping, so I found out through trial and error (mostly error, mind you!) myself.

"{your name/your agency}" is not a very good watermark :D

Yea. I exported it. Saw it, cut it out.. Exported it again, then realized it was gonna do it again, lol.

Yea. I have a problem with that halo thing you're talking about too.

Mm! Very very cool. What side of the park were you on? Do you live in Vancouver, or were you just a visitor?
