here is a pict of our starfish any thoughts on how to make this pict better. Feel free to edit.

you might possibly crop it real tight around the starfish, this way it rids the right side of the distracting edge of the tank and will concentrate on the fish. another idea, since i like the rock to the left would be to do a wide but short crop. overall maybe some levels/curves adjustment also

the first thing i noticed was some of the other fish are blurred. using a faster ss might help it look more clear overall or maybe it was the focus, i can't tell.

i cropped it to take out some distracting things, moved levels around and an unsharp mask.

As stated.
Cropping it tighter and slight adjustments in contrast and curves....
But I think theres not much else you can do with it.
It needs a reshoot.
Either a faster shutter speed or a tripod to keep it steady.
