Didn't know exactly where to post this so I figured this would be fine.

This is a picture I took about 2 years ago and just found it on an old flash drive.

If I remember all the gear i used correctly...
Lens : Sigma 110mm Macro
F-stop : 2.8
Shutter speed : Approximately 45 minutes
ISO : ????

This was probably my fifth time trying an exposure as long as this

I'd like some feedback on it though because i'd like to try this again and make it more succesful so please leave any and all comments

There's no way you exposed it for 45min. I've taken star trails many times and that looks like a 5~7min shot.

it was definetly 45 minutes, possibly 40 minutes

Either your watch wasn't working or the Earth was playing tricks with you.

Here's a 35min shot using a 20mm lens.

Here's a 12min shot. I remembered it's 12 min because I intended for 20 min but it was so freaking cold that I had to abort.

How about 18 minutes, 40 seconds?

Those were taken with 35mm so no "special" things done to them. It usually takes at least 15min before stray light in the air gets picked up by the lens. Aperture setting also matters too. You set yours at 1/32, which is way too low. I usually set mine at F8 or so, depending on the lens and ISO setting.
