starting action sports with multiple flashes

starting off with multiple flashes, so let me know what you think and give me some c&c

You need either more flash power, or higher ISO settings, or larger f/stops. The lighting on the boarder is too dim to really allow us to be drawn in by the action. Maybe you could get the flashes closer. Really good timing on both shots, good action. But they need to be simply brighter.

ok thanks, i was told that by a friend also about some other shots i did last week, but i didnt want to over expose parts of the person. plus i am un able to power my flashes up or down.
