Steam train passed by yesterday

The light was leaving fast.. but just enough to get a few decent snaps. Here's one of my favorites. Apparently this is the largest steam train this side of the Mississippi River or something.. and there were lots of train fanatics about.

Edited this to add to the 'old train' vibe.

Hmm.. good call, I think it's distortion (had the camera/lens angled up a bit..) - I was at 17mm for this, cropped a little off the bottom and sides, but not more than maybe 15%.

If I decide to do anything with it I'll correct that little issue. I threw the textures on as a last minute thing, after resizing for the web and everything - something I've been wanting to experiment with.
