Now, $1,600 to 1,800 is probably what I am comfortable with spending. Before you ask, yes I am going to be doing photography for the long haul and yes I understand this might be a large amount for a beginner (I was considering getting a 7d before I realized how important lenses are if it makes you feel better).
I am interested in nightlife photography hence the 50mm 1.4, landscapes hence the wide angle tamron, and then whatever else I sort of fall into I guess... hence the kit lens. In addition I plan on doing some sports photography so is a t2i body really the best way to go?
Also I would like to do some videography with the thing, hence the canon. HENCE!
SO! Before I drop $1,600, what're your opinions? Should I upgrade the body (maybe a 60d?) and downgrade a lens? Are there better alternatives to the lenses I have chosen? Thanks in advance!
