Sticky grip on older camera ...

Hello,

this seems to be a common issue with some kind of plastic materials. I have on my older Nikon film camera a sticky grip, it feels like some mix of rubber and plastic, I believe that's some chemical reaction in return to aging. Does please anybody have some solution to it ? Nothing that I tried worked.

99.9% isopropyl alcohol on a lint free cloth, it's the only way I've found to restore the rubber on these cameras
