I can't say I've been seeing a lot of cool things, but when I do, I try to make it count. Even started shooting some song birds in my travels while looking for raptors. Here are a few from the past couple days. Thanks for looking and comments welcome.

6 Just a random 6 pointer swimming in a Salt Marsh. This was really far away, at least 150+ yards.

7 Here is a low quality image. I had to grab my friends Nikon with the old 80-400 to grab a documentary shot. Pretty rare Leucistic White Throated Sparrow. I had to shoot it through a fenc, it's not strange processing(to answer your question on Flickr, Danny). Just figured some of you might like to see it...

That first one is just incredibly good. Also love the blue jay.

Kris, neat images. I love the owl and the jay, but don't you just hate it when those pesky branches get in the way :biggrin-93: .

Excellent job! Does George Jr just come and land on your shoulder while your shooting?

Love the Horned Owl. Nice set as always!

Nice set. Would love to see a deer crossing the water and the Leucistic sparrow.

Do the Owls in your area hunt the same woods as the Hawks and other raptors? The Squirrels must be a nervous wreck right now!!

Wonderful shots per usual! Jay and Owl for me.

Nice set Kris.... I love the shots of Owl and Blue Jay

For a 150+yards that deer photo looks great! And it is a great set overall! :)

Man, your good!
