I've been working on my creek/waterfall photos (luckily I have lots of local spots to visit and kids who love to hike), I think things are coming along. Mother Nature is assisting by finally greening up a little bit. C&C?

I've ordered some ND filters, I think that will help my frustration with daytime landscapes A LOT. Especially water.

Not sure if you have already tried this. Adjust your aperture- F-Stop to the highest number and then shoot the same stuff. You might need a tripod because you have essentially slowed down your shutter speed. This will allow the water to blur. Also pick times when it's not too bright outside using the previous technique.
It’s very possible to get a good blur without filters.

Here is my blur attempt - f/22 and 1/4 second. Rested camera on backpack in lieu of hauling a tripod up and down those rocks. Going to need a greyer day for this! Haha.

The image here is an example I was set at 100ISO F20 and .3 sec. I forgot to mention a low ISO also helps.
