Snakes don't bother me really. That being said I wouldn't want to be covered with them.

I actually like snakes, but yeah, I don't see this happening. First of all, I think massages are kind of pointless unless they are deep tissue massages - you know, they really work out the knots and you feel slightly beaten up at the end Second, I suppose some snakes could offer that sort of pressure, but by that point, the snakes would be more effective at working out the breath rather than the knots
