You should light your background seperately to lose that dirty colour and always keep a check on your front lighting and the shadows it's causing across your model, like the hair thats casting a shadow across her cheek. :)

Hmm. I actually did a custom white balance with a gray card like I always do but I processed the photo after which made that yellow-ish color appear. I didn't mind it much. Thanks though. :)

I also feel like it's underexposed by maybe a half-stop.

Chevy was not on about WB, the background needs to be lit at least 1 stop above your main lighting to make the background white

1. SHE'S HOTT! Sorry man had to get that out :)
2. Yes, light your subject separately from the background.

Try this. Forget the custom WB. Go to Auto. Change shooting mode to RAW.
Place one strobe to light up the backdrop but raise the brightness more than you would for the subject. Then take the beauty dish and place it on your right or left facing her.

You can easily fix WB w/ RAW later on

Oh and another thing I noticed that your shutter speed is at 1/250. I think your 7D's sync speed maxes out at 1/200 so will have to knock that down under 200. Generally 1/160 is fine

Curious..... what's inside your modifiers?

I kinda like the color of the background, but you are getting some rather nasty shadows from your light position camera right. The killers are the one on her neck and because your main is set too low (vertically), the nose shadow is going up. Typically, a downward trend is more natural looking.

Amputated right hand.

Change shooting mode to RAW.
RAW is a file format, not a shooting mode.
