I have a plan to do some maternity, possibly some couples (fully clothed!) and boudoir photos in the future, after I have honed my skills a little more.
Is it tacky or unacceptable to have a small studio in your home? We are building in the spring and are building a house with a 20 X 16 extra space upstairs. I was thinking this would be perfect for a little studio.
Obviously if I became somewhat successful I would get a real studio, but are home studios okay for starting out???
I was planning on offering an 'in your home' service or in my home service. An advantage of having it at home is that the property we bought is gorgeous, with lots of creeks and just wonderful scenic places to take great photos.
Thoughts?
