The boy is motion blurred.had fill flash had been used in rear curtain sync mode, the short duration of the flash of lightwould have stopped the motion.

Increasing the exposure +3.5 stops in ACR makes image noise much more visible. I also took into consideration that the boy was in dappled sunlight, so to avoid adding exposure, I took a different tack.

First I copied the 'Background' layer

On that new layer (Layer 1) I selected the boy and with the selection active I copied the layer. I then changed the blending mode on that layer (Layer 2) to 'Screen'. I then copied Layer 2 which also uses the Screen blending mode.

Lastly, I used the Sharpen tool at 100% (not the Sharpen filter) in 'Protect Detail' mode on the boy in Layer 3 to slightly mitigate the motion blur.
