Sugar

Originally created for a "guess the photo"-thread in some other forum I am visiting. After looking at it a second and third time I actually started to like how it came out despite the imperfections. So I might as well post it here. It's a very small piece of brown cane sugar, about 1mm in each dimension.
The blueish tint comes from a flash I used to add some light while still having the white balance set for very warm light that I used before (there is actually nothing blue where this was shot ). Taken with a 18-55mm Nikon kit-lens reversely attached to the camera. Enjoy .
