I like everything but her lips. They are too over saturated and sharpened in comparison to the rest of the processing. Perhaps if the lipstick were a different color it might work better.
Other than that, I like the composition and the rest of the processing - perhaps a bit crowded on the right side.

I've come back to this shot a couple of times. While I do agree that the lips are oversharpened and oversaturated in comparison to the rest of her face, they immediately grab my eyes as soon as I see the image. After that I see her eyes and the rest of her face. I honestly don't think I'd change it because it is the immediate attention grab of the shot, and the more I look at it the better I like it that way.

I actually sharpened the whole face the same way, only the eyes are sharpened more (with high pass/apply image in PS). But it is possible that the lips look oversharpened because of the saturation.
