What was adjusted?

Started with lots of dehaze and clarity for good definition to give the filter something to work on, and then just ran it through Topaz Studio and found a filter setting and tweaks in there that I liked. Then back to PS with some liquify to change a couple of spots and made the colors more what I wanted (was going for turning it into a "star", haha).
