I did not have rye so I used French bread, no Swiss so I used 3 year old cheddar.
Close enough for this old guy.

Nice pic! Love me a good Reuben when it's done right, many people don't know which brand to buy, to rinse it if needed or how to prepare it. I think I'll make some real mashed potatoes and sauerkraut to go along with the smoked, bbq pork ribs I'm having tonight, NON-NOM! :pumpformylove:
