I did not have rye so I used French bread, no Swiss so I used 3 year old cheddar.

My other half is English, so everything has to be " proper " ( you don't know how many times I've heard that term! ). I am having a leftover for lunch today, but I certainly don't mind!

Nice pic! Love me a good Reuben when it's done right, many people don't know which brand to buy, to rinse it if needed or how to prepare it. I think I'll make some real mashed potatoes and sauerkraut to go along with the smoked, bbq pork ribs I'm having tonight, NON-NOM!
