This does show that you got a lot of rain down there, but the lower right quadrant of the image is really what does that, with the trunks sticking out of the water and the stream encroaching on the grass. The rest I don't think adds anything unless one is familiar with that particular spot.

Thanks for all the comments. I think it has camera shake along with everything else mentioned. Have not been able to get out and shoot much lately so i posted a random (not so good) photo. Flood waters have receded now and its sunny again. No major damage in my area luckily. Time to get out and take some (hopefully better) pics

Not bad. Did you try BW or less saturation?
