Very nice... reminds me of the effect you get in a darkroom using an enlarger if you tilt the print easel so that it's not parallel to the film plane, distoring the image in a way I think would be similar to this (although I've never actually tried doing that). Anyway I really like this photo. It goes along well with the title of the thread. I think just the perfect amount of the face is left undistorted. It really draws your eye from the center/left of the image towards the face. Really cool.
