Taking photos in Night Mode

Hi,

I bought sony dsc-h3 camera... while taking photos in the night mode, I am getting blurred images. How use my camera in night mode?

Night mode uses a higher ISO, a higher ISO takes more time and more time means more room to shake your hands.

Use a tripod.

you wouldn't necessarily need to invest in a new camera just to take photos at night. like the guy above said, invest in a tripod to hold the camera steady during longer exposures. this will reduce the amount of blur
