taking pictures for a band

I just got back from a concert here at Purdue, and I took pictures for one of the bands. Do you think it's a good idea to watermark them? Tell me what you guys think..thanks.

Consider how the photos will be used. Discuss it with the band. Personally watermarks and the like rarely make the cut.

i just went ahead an watermarked them for now..i sent the guy's an email telling me if they want pics w/o watermarks, they can just ask me for it. It's free so they can't complain

usually most bands will take whatever they can get/use for promo pics and stuff like that. Especially if they are new. And if they are using something like myspace to get their name out, just ask if they'll credit you for the photos, they usually will, unless theyre not cool
