Tamron 200-500 F6.9 Adaptamatic

Does anyone know anything about this lens (tamron 200-500 f6.9 adaptamatic)? Can't seem to find much about it. Found one for $150 while trying to find lens with this range. Would like more info to see if worth considering. Thanks.

It isn't very good but may be worh considering if the price is low and you just want a long lens to play with. However they usualy sell for way over their true value.
