Tele Advice

I'm looking to buy a tele these days and have been searching between the Sigma 120-400mm, http://f64.ro/det.php?id=416&pid=5067Nikon AF-S 70-300mm, and the Tokina AT-X 840D 80-400mm. From the samples i've seen i'd personally go between the Sigma and Tokina (more for the Sigma as it sharper in the 300-400mm range) but i'd like a second opinion. Thank you.
