Tether to iPad

I have a Canon 5D, and I was wanting to know if I used the iPad Camera Connection Kit if I could do tethered shooting, just like in LR (or similarly). The screen is a touch small, and I want to see if I can view the photo instead of running around to behind the camera (when doing self-portraits) or viewing for sharpness, etc.

Not sure; I don't think so. I use the Cam Ranger and it works a treat!
