We had a female Beluga whale swimming around the the cost of Connecticut that fascinated people with its unusual behavior,Following boats, swimming with people and allowing its self being petted from boats Until Some A Hole shot it to death with a 22.Cal.This was in 1986.
The whale was found dead in the New Haven harbor CT.An autopsy was performed for research purpose and during the autopsy two bullets where recovered, one from it's throat and one from its ribs. It was believed that the bullet in the throat was what killed the whale causing a gradual respiratory failure. The BW was 950-pounds and estimated between 4 to 7 years old. How is that for a POS of a human being.
